EHS Care trained two lakh plus audiences & have 50 plus appreciation latter's from organizations and Government body's, As a CSR work EHS Care working with Uttarakhand Police, Uttarakhand Agnishaman Fire Police, Nagar Nigam, Disaster Management & NGOs, EHS Care team have imparted 100 plus trainings in Society's, Women/kids, Villages & Seniors Citizens without any commercial and will be continue in future, EHS Care team members have minimum 16th years experience & maximum 36th years experience & retired as Deputy Director General in DGFASLI ( Ministry ok Labour & Employment - Government of India)

Mr. M.R. Rajput

(Experience – 31 years)

Retired as Deputy Director General in DGFASLI

Ministry of Labour & Employment - Government of India

Shri M.R. RAJPUT recently retired as Deputy Director General in DGFASLI, Ministry of Labor & Employment, Govt. of India. He worked as Director in charge Regional Labor Institute Faridabad, under DGFASLI for more than 10years. He joined DGFASLI in 1986 at worked at RLI Kanpur and at RLI Chennai. He also worked for 5 years as Scientist in Central Pollution Control Board, New Delhi. He has more than 31 years of experience in conducting research and consultancy studies & surveys in Industrial Hygiene & Environmental Pollution Control, safety audits, HAZOP studies, investigation of accidents as well as training activities etc. He Participated in various National and International Conferences/Seminars/ workshops and organized and conducted more than 100 Short and long –term Institute as well as in-plant training programmers / workshops/seminars/ conferences on Safety, Health and Environment related subjects. He has conducted more than 100 research and consultancy studies in industries in the field of Industrial hygiene, work environment, ergonomics etc.

Mr. Tilak Raj Banga

(Experience – 35 years)

Retired from Safety Department- Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.

Mr. TILAK RAJ recently retired as Safety and training In-charge from MSIL, a joint venture of Suzuki Motor Corporation Japan and No-1 automobile company in India engage manufacturing of passenger cars. He also worked as a lead safety instructor in MSTA (MSIL Gurugram) after retirement, under take safety school development and induction training to new joinee as well to laterals ,more than one year. He joined MSIL in 1984 at worked at Gurgaon plant in different capacity and responsibility. He also worked for 5 years as a Safety and training In- charge Manesar car plant . He has more than 35 years of experience in manufacturing industry with huge experience of conducting training on BBS General safety and leading Japanese safety and kaizen concept e.i. KYT HHT Near Miss HIRA 5S 3G 3K Kaizen MPS MOST 5WHY PFMA ISO- 9001-14001-18001-27001 Compliances. He is also expertise in Fire safety, Mock Drills, EPRP, Safety audit, Hazard prediction, Factory Act, First responder trainer St. John Ambulance NCR chapter, accident investigation, analysis and report.

Mr. Anil Saini

(Experience – 17 years)

Anil Saini is Corporate Safety Trainer & have 16th years’ experience with Automobile Industries, Chemical, Cement, Construction, Chocolate, Electronic, Food Processing, Health care, Textile & Rubber Industries,

Trainer have trained 80th thousand plus people in his tenure & Mr. Saini have been working as social work with Uttarakhand Fire Police, Disaster Management Uttarakhand Government many NGOs, Army schools, Blind School, Government Schools, Universities, Society, Senior citizens & ASDC Skill India since many years,

Mr. Saini has conducted open house training program for various organizations and has received an excellent feedback on the same. He has a forte in delivering a training program because he knows the content and art of both content making as well as delivery. He processes each and every module during the training program considering different learning styles of audience,

Mala Thapar is a certified Independent Director. She also holds B.Com, B.Ed., MBA (HR) degrees and Diploma in PR. She is a certified strategic management professional by IIM- Kolkatta Mala is a Trainer & Consultant for Corporates and Education Institutes for giving Training on Prevention of Sexual harassment of women at workplace.

She also does a lot of voluntary work with NGO’s for skill development, education, career counselling, medical and awareness on subjects of Child abuse A dynamic HR leader with 25 years of total experience.

Mala has handled entire gamut of HR. Mala a keen strategist with the flair for designing and implementing innovative HR strategies & interventions for accelerated growth of the organizations. She provides HR leadership to the Business. She has significant experience in adapting to the different stages of an organization’s maturity cycle (start-up, SMC’s, complex high growth MNC’s), offering solutions that work best for the organization and people to the specific stage Mala also has diverse domain experience with MNC’s and Indian organizations into Oil refinery, Hospital, IT (software product & global managed services), BFSI, Telecom, Education, Pharmaceutical Mala has managed cultural diversification while working with people from different cultures and countries of USA, UK, Singapore, Taiwan, Germany and Netherlands to name a few.

Raman Kumar Khanna

(Experience – 34 years)

Raman has been known for his very highly energetic, motivational and quality training programs especially for operators; senior operators, junior management and middle management employees especially in Automobile industry, manufacturing industry, PSU, Leading Schools, and in Banking Industry Most of clients prefer him after getting the quality encouraging feedback from their employees.

Total employees trained are 160000/- out of which 120000 employees have been trained in alone in automobile industry, manufacturing industry and PSU, and 20000 approximately have been trained in banking industry and rest in corporate sector. Besides total teachers trained are 5500, total staff and support staff trained 1500. Total clients trained 130.
